ADDENDUM

When several plants are in close competition and the score ties, some additional characteristics to be observed are: rose crown (embossed fluting circling the mouth of the tube), the most unusual color which is the most difficult to obtain, greatest depth of color, most beautiful or unusual eye, fragrance, floriferousness, comparative strength of stalk, condition of umbel, most perfect foliage.
